SANCTUS NOVA Founder Pass
These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of the SANCTUS NOVA Founder Pass (the “Founder Pass”). By purchasing a Founder Pass, you agree to these terms.
1. What you are buying
The Founder Pass is a collectible digital asset issued as an ERC-721 token on the Base network. It grants the holder priority reservation for the first BE STRONG capsule. The purchase price is $199 per pass.
2. Not a security
The Founder Pass is not a security and is not offered or sold as one. It confers no equity, ownership, profit share, or other financial right, and no promise or expectation of profit, appreciation, or income. You are purchasing a collectible for its own sake, not for financial gain.
3. No token allocation
Purchase of the Founder Pass does not entitle you to any token, airdrop, distribution, or allocation of any digital currency, including any future SANCTUS NOVA token. No such allocation is promised or implied by this sale.
4. Collectible risk
Digital collectibles carry inherent risks, including price volatility, loss of private keys, smart-contract vulnerabilities, and evolving regulation. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these risks. The Founder Pass is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
5. Payment and network fees
Checkout and minting are handled by Crossmint. The purchase price and any network (gas) fees and processing fees are paid by the buyer through Crossmint at the time of checkout.
6. Limited supply; all sales final
The Founder Pass is limited to one hundred (100). Once all one hundred are minted, the sale is closed and no further passes will be issued. Because each pass is a numbered on-chain collectible issued to you at the moment of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Founder Pass or these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
